Up to 3 paintings per Artist may be entered into any Show.
This includes both Members Only Shows and Open Shows which are “Open” to Members and Non-Members.
The same entry fees apply:
Members Only Shows:
$2 per painting.
$10 per painting for Members
$20 per painting for Non-Members

The group will continue to meet at Suntan until September 21st.

As you may know, our Hospitality Chairman gave up the position in May.
Also, the Board voted to simplify the Hospitality Table by offering only cake, coffee and iced tea.
How Southern! To make the task more manageable,
I am asking for members to volunteer to be the host/hostess for One Saturday Meeting.
Publix gift cards will be provided by The Art Guild.
We will provide a "Shopping List" of all the necessary items and the quantities needed.
If the host chooses to provide a homemade cake, then the gift card can be used to cover
the cost of ingredients.
The Art Guild has two Luncheons a year, the December Party and the May
Scholarship Award Luncheon.
These events require a little more work but are very fun, as well.
Twelve tables need centerpieces.
Meat and Cheese Platters need to be provided, as well.
Once again, a Publix gift card will be provided, as well as a Shopping List including quantities.
A budget will be provided for those extra special touches.
My e-mail of August 2nd found some wonderful volunteers
and I thank them very much for their early responses.
All of the Saturday Meeting dates have not been filled so several slots are still open.
