TREASURE ISLAND ART GUILD - weekly workshops

Our main activities are held between September and May of each year. During this time the Art Guild has three weekly workshops that are open to both members and non-members
(with an additional charge for non-members).

The Portrait Workshop is the only workshop that continues through the summer months and is held at 9am in the Suntan Art Center 3300 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach. Phone 367-3818. Complementary parking is provided for the artists and models.

First time guests/visitors can attend all three workshops just once without charge. The exception is when an instructor/tutor is present; in this case the Art Guild policy “first workshop free” will not apply to these workshops. Click here: to check "The Art Guild Newsletters" for details of instructor/tutor lead workshops. Some workshops have no instructor/tutor, only friendly faces and conversation.

Guests can come in and ask questions, sit in and watch. If they are interested in painting for the first time they can bring their supplies or a starter kit of their choice.

Visiting a workshop before attending is encouraged but not required.

There is great satisfaction in the work produced at these workshops.

Members are encouraged to bring guests!
